 2. What is the guarantee in the event that the damper fails?
 The damper has a one-year warranty.  If it malfunctions, generally our technicians will figure out what the problem might be based on customer feedback.  If the problem is caused by quality failure, parts will be replaced free of charge.
 3. How long is your delivery time?
 If the goods are in stock, it is usually 5-10 days.  Or it is 15-20 days, if the goods are not in stock, it is based on the quantity.
 4. What are your payment terms?
 100% T/T deposit for small amount less than USD 3000.
 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.  L/C at sight is also acceptable.
 5. How about the packaging?
 Carton + wooden frame packaging or according to your requirements.
