Product characteristics
SDS tunnel jet fan, tunnel fan, jet fan, tunnel jet fan: single jet fan, two-way jet fan. Two-way jet fans have two types: electronic and mechanical. Can be switched to rated speed in 30 seconds. For high noise requirements, mufflers can be added to reduce noise. The fan has reasonable structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, obvious energy-saving effect, low noise and long air supply distance. When the fan is working, a higher thrust can be generated for a given energy. At this point, a portion of the total air flow through the tunnel is sucked in by the fan.

 

After the impeller has finished its work, it is sprayed out of the outlet at high speed, and the jet transfers energy to the air in the tunnel, pushing the air in the tunnel to move together. When the flow rate decays to a certain value, the next set of fans continues to work, thus achieving the suction of fresh air from the tunnel entrance and the discharge of polluted air from the outlet.

SDS forced reverse rotation axial flow tunnel fan
Main purpose and scope of application
The product is mainly used in tunnel ventilation series, such as pressurized ventilation of highways, subways and mines, suitable for various mining work and local pressurized ventilation of chambers.
Structural feature
The fan is composed of five parts: a collector, an inlet muffler, a primary group, a secondary group and an outlet muffler. Each stage has the same rated power motor drive. The impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft, and the direction of rotation of the impeller between the two adjacent stages is opposite. After the gas enters the first stage impeller to obtain energy, it is accelerated and discharged through the second stage impeller. The rear impeller acts as a stabilizing axial fan blade while increasing the air volume to achieve higher wind pressure and efficiency. The fan can be disassembled from the middle flange and used in a single section, but attention should be paid to safety to prevent damage to the impeller caused by foreign matter inhalation.

Tunnel fans are widely used in water conservancy dam projects, highways, railways, subways and other tunnels. Tunnel jet fans include one-way jet fans and two-way jet fans. Two-way jet fans are electronic and mechanical. Can be switched to the rated fan speed in 30 seconds.
