3. Are OEM or ODM available?
Yes, both OEM and ODM services are available. With over 25 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing air conditioning equipment and chillers, we can tailor our products to meet your specific requirements following detailed communication and agreement.
4. What kind of payment terms can you accept?
We accept the following payment terms: 1) For orders under 10,000 USD, 100% payment is required in advance. 2) For orders over 10,000 USD, a 30% T/T payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. 3) L/C is also acceptable. 4) Special payment requests are open for discussion and consideration.
5. How long is your delivery date?
For orders less than 300 pcs, the delivery timeframe is approximately 3-5 days post-payment. For orders less than 500 pcs, the delivery period extends to about 6-10 days post-payment (excluding custom products).
