High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Centrifugal FanCentrifugal fans are an important fluid machinery and are widely used in various fields, such as ventilation, dust removal and cooling in factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships, etc.  Its working principle is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. It accelerates the gas through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, and then converts the kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure) by decelerating and changing the flow direction, thereby realizing the compression and transportation of the gas.  The main components of centrifugal fans include impeller, air inlet and volute.

 Centrifugal fans can be divided into single-stage centrifugal fans and multi-stage centrifugal fans according to their structure and working principle.  In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, changes to the radial direction when flowing through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser.  In the diffuser, the gas changes its flow direction and the cross-sectional area of the pipe increases to decelerate the gas flow. This deceleration converts kinetic energy into pressure energy.  In multi-stage centrifugal fans, a reflux is used to cause the airflow to enter the next impeller to generate higher pressure
The advantages of centrifugal fans include the ability to form larger high-pressure airflow and are suitable for large air volume situations.  It is divided into external motor type and built-in type. The built-in motor is placed on a casing and drives the fan blades to rotate to form air volume. This method is widely used in data centers and other places.  Centrifugal fans are also divided into high-pressure low-noise and low-noise fans, as well as silent fans and purification fans. The latter has a filter added and is suitable for occasions where air purification is required.
