Q: How long warranty does lianghao provide?
A: 24 months since delivery date warranty for every heat pump, and 18 months since delivery date warranty for every water tank. For agency/distributor or any other kind of long-term cooperation, we can offer longer and better warranty as discussed and confirmed by both sides.
Q: If we have a new design of a heat pump, can Langri produce for us? What is the MOQ?
A: Yes, of course, we offer OEM service for customers. You only need to provide us with the technical information. Our engineers will design the whole heat pump according to the technical information you provide, and at the same time control the cost and the price. As to the MOQ, it depends on how difficult the OEM project is, as well as the possibility this OEM heat pump would be promising.
