The HTFC (DT) series cabinet-type centrifugal fan is a highly efficient and low-noise box-type centrifugal fan. This product is composed of a low-noise forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor bearings, transmission components and a silencer-type box. According to the installation location, 12 different angles of water inlet and outlet are provided to meet the needs of different installation environments. According to different requirements for fire prevention and ventilation, it can be divided into two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are installed outside the box and are used for fire protection and smoke exhaust. It can operate continuously at a high temperature of 300 °C for more than 60 minutes. A Type B motor is installed in the cabinet for ventilation.
The HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan, after continuous improvement and development, can be classified into I, II, III, and IV. Four types. Type I and Type III are single-speed types. Type II and Type IV are dual-speed, equipped with dual-speed motors to achieve dual-speed regulation, which can meet the performance adjustment requirements of users under different working conditions. The fan can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency controller to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to adjust the frequency to 25HZ to 50HZ.
To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof grade of EXd II BT4, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
To meet the requirements of different places, fans can be equipped with silencers of different lengths, or the fan silencer box can be thickened to reduce fan noise.
Fans can be equipped with primary, medium or high-efficiency filters to enhance the cleanliness of the air. When configuring the filter, the actual pressure loss should be taken into account and the length of the air duct should be appropriately increased.
