A: 25-30 days for sample order. For smaller models under 8KW, 25 days for container order. For models 9KW and above, 35 days for container order. We have stocks for popular models, which can be delivered at once.
Q: How long warranty does linghao provide?
A: 24 months since delivery date warranty for every heat pump, and 18 months since delivery date warranty for every water tank. For agency/distributor or any other kind of long-term cooperation, we can offer longer and better warranty as discussed and confirmed by both sides.
Q: If we have a new design of a heat pump, can Linghao produce for us? What is the MOQ?
A: Yes of course, we offer OEM service for customers. You only need to provide us the technical information. Our engineers will design the whole heat pump according to the technical information you provide, and at the same time control the cost and the price. As to the MOQ, it depends on how difficult the OEM project is, as well as the possibility this OEM heat pump would be promising.
