There are two design types of axial flow fire smoke exhaust fans, one in which the motor is separated from the main air flow, and the other in which the motor is placed in the main air flow. Depending on the temperature of the smoke, different types of fire smoke exhaust fans are used. When the temperature is greater than 400, the motor and main air flow separation type are selected. The temperature is less than 400 and greater than 150. Both types of motors can be selected. When the temperature is less than 150 , choose the motor to be placed in the main air flow.
The flow range of axial flow fire smoke exhaust fans ranges from 7200m/h to 110000m/h, and there are different types of systems to meet the needs of different ventilation and smoke exhaust flow rates. Fire smoke exhaust fans can be divided into two types according to different pressure conditions. One type is the axial flow fire smoke exhaust fan, and the pressure of each machine is about 600Pa. The other type is the diagonal flow fire smoke exhaust fan. The pressure of the fire exhaust fan is around 1000Pa. In order to meet the requirements of smoke exhaust volume and ventilation, fire smoke exhaust fans are generally designed with a two-speed structure. The low speed can be used for ventilation, and the high speed can discharge smoke, which not only saves energy but also reduces the cost.
